Notion-powered · Multiple pen names, one view

One calendar. Every pen name.

Roll up every pen name's Notion content-calendar database into one unified, elegant view—grouped by pen name, no color-coded clutter. See what's going out across your whole author operation without opening five different databases.

Why it works

Everything, in one quiet view.

Every pen name, one view

Connect each pen name's Notion content-calendar database once. See every schedule together, grouped clearly by pen name—not buried five databases deep.

Quiet by design

No color-coded chaos. Entries are grouped by pen name with clean typography, a dashed/solid/faded border for status, and a small platform label—legible, not loud.

Always current

Update Scheduled Date or Status on a page in Notion and it is live in the widget on your next refresh. No re-embedding, no manual syncing.

Click through to Notion

Every entry deep-links straight to its Notion page. The widget stays read-only—editing always happens in Notion itself, exactly where you already work.

Month, week, or list

Switch between a month grid, a focused week view, or a scrollable list—whichever fits how you plan.

Embed anywhere

Your Notion workspace, your website, your link-in-bio—one widget, one embed URL, wherever your schedule needs to be visible.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is this, exactly?
A widget that rolls up multiple Notion content-calendar databases—one per pen name—into a single, unified calendar view. No color-coding: entries are grouped by pen name, with platform shown as a quiet text label and status as a border treatment.
Why not just use Notion's own calendar view?
Notion's calendar view only shows one database at a time. If you write under several pen names, each with its own content database, there is no native way to see all of them together—that is exactly what this widget adds.
How do I get access after I buy?
You will receive a private setup link by email the moment you purchase. Paste in your Notion integration token, and every database you have shared with it is detected automatically—each one becomes a pen name, labeled from its own Notion title.
How many pen names can I connect?
As many databases as you have shared with your Notion integration. There is no per-widget cap.
Do all my databases need to look the same?
Yes—every connected database needs the same property names (Scheduled Date, Status, Platform, Content Type). The setup guide lists the exact contract.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. The widget works on Notion's free plan.
I lost my setup link—what do I do?
Email me at kerrie@kerrielegend.com with the address you used to purchase, or use the recovery link on the setup guide page.
What's your refund policy?
Because it is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. If something is not working as described, reach out and I will make it right.
Is this affiliated with Notion?
No, it is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, created by, or endorsed by Notion Labs.
